Manage, organize and ensure the smooth running of your particular section.- Supervises co-ordinates and participates in the activities of Butchers and Helpers engaged in the proper cleaning, dis-joining, trimming, cutting and grading of beef, veal, lamb, chicken and fishes.- Ensures that daily requisitions of various food outlets are prepared on time- Weigh all incoming and outgoing food items and double-checks on quality, correctness of quality, size and weight.- Supervises and directs the proper storage and disposal of all meat, fowl and fish items- Assists Cost Control in inventory taking and meat yield testing- Assist in the planning, schedule, record and training of new and existing staff in order to meet all standards required by the management of the Resort.- Interacts and communicates professionally with all F&B outlets as well as with stewarding.- Maintains excellent teamwork and team spirit among staff.Berjaya Langkawi Resort are hailed as one of the best 5-star Langkawi resorts and located at Teluk Burau, Langkawi.SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
