They are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, production, and logistics.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards.Monitor key performance metrics, such as lead times, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure material availability for scheduled production runs.Drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes to enhance overall performance and cost-effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within an electronics or manufacturing environment.Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software tools.
