Roles & Responsibilities Expansion of shared services Maintain and drive GL governance and GL master structure Coordinate, preparation for and implement Retrofit activities Clean up process Preparation of manual, training materials and conduct end user training Contribute to projects as assigned Communication and coordination with other departments Collaborates with SBS teams, local finance and regional teams (BOOST COE, transition team etc) Ensure a good flow of information internally and externally Mobilizing stakeholders in the projects Referent / representative role Projects reporting and coordination Required skills and experiences Tools and techniques related to the activity scope (finance, controlling) Project management methodology Knowledge ofIT tools RPA Transversal team coordination Results

- and service-oriented with strong networking, influencing and change management skills Rigor, dynamism, involvement, and autonomy Resistance to stress Qualifications Degree in Finance/ Accounting or SAP certification or equivalent Minimum 5 years experience Working experience and operational understanding in Account to Reporting activities with cross functional knowledge, preferably in shared services and/or BPO Good knowledge end user exposure in SAP Finance/Controlling module (particular in GL Master and Cost Element Master Structure) and integration with other modules. Experience in SAP implementation for MNCs will be added advantage.
