Account And Finance Director

Job Description Job Description? Maintenance of the accounting records in accordance with applicable regulations, on the basis of internal and external documents provided by individual organizational units;
Drawing up the university financial statements and a material-financial plan as well as the data preparations.
Conducting preliminary audits of completeness and accuracy of documents related to business and financial operations.
Organizing and keeping the accounting records of all? transactions carried out at university organizational units in accordance with applicable regulations,
Settlement of payments and scholarship payments for students; handling employee loans and donation related issues.?
Handling banking operations, processing cash transactions, the ?settlement of employee advances and claims for expenses incurred on business trips, etc., drawing up cash and bank reports,
Cooperation with banks which operate the university bank acccounts,
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s):?English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Strong Financial Management Skills and able to work under pressure.
Candidate must be familiar with settlement of student/ scholarships/employee loans and donation association.
Working experience in Higher Education field will be a plus for this position
