Account Assistant

Perform day-to-day accounting functions.- Handling basic accounting tasks such as issueing payment vouchers and receipts.- Maintain record keeping, data entry, and proper filling system.- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.- Perform daily general and administration duties.- Willing to learn.- Entering and updating information into a relevant database.- Manage and provide an accurate monthly bank reconciliation, maintaining a journal, General Ledger, and other reporting- Assist superior in preparing a monthly statement of accounts to customers and assist in account reconciliation with customer and supplier- Responsibility for necessary funding procedures and/or all matters related to cash management, processing staff reimbursement, and any payment- Perform all other related duties as assigned and required by the Management & Superior**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
