Account Assistant

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:a) Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and proceduresb) Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable datac) Preparing bills, invoices and bank depositsd) Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming itemse) Keep files of goods shipped and receivedf) Prepare regular shipping and receiving reports for managersg) Liase with statutory bodies related to income taxes and related financial matters.h) Assist on planning, organizing and controlling of finance, accounting taxation, budgetary controli) To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:a) Min Diploma in Accounting field or equivalent.b) Open for Fresh Graduates!c) Knowledge of computer is preferred.d) Able to work independent.
