Minimum QualificationsProficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
Possess knowledge in usingQNE softwareis anadded advantage.
Able to multitask and communicate between different departments.
Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
Account Receivable ResponsibilitiesSubmission of e-invoices to MyTax portal on a daily basis.
Update customer aging payment e-invoicing system and liaise with customers regarding any non-payment invoices.
Send out SOA on a monthly basis to customers.
Resolve discrepancies with invoices/e-invoices.
Assist in preparing the sales invoice and update in QNE system.
Receive purchase orders from customers and process the orders for delivery.
Update production and warehouse personnel on customer orders.
Liaise with customers for sales orders and delivery times.
File sales invoices, receipts, and non-trade invoices.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required.
