Manage full set of financial accounts including AR, AP, GL and CashflowPrepare payment vouchers, cheques and payrollPrepare quarterly GST report and submissionPrepare monthly bank reconciliationLiaise with various subcons and clients with regards to financial mattersPrepare monthly financial statements and cashflow statements for managementTo perform HR duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the managementRequirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or similar fieldMin 1 to 2 year of experience handling full set of financial account is preferredRequired Skill(s): Quickbooks,MYOB, MS OfficeGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and meet tight deadlines
