Job Responsibility To process data entry, stock checking, invoices and delivery orders in accordance with company procedure. To assist and update delivery checklist & Co-ordinating with factory manager & staff on any incoming/outgoing stocks. To ensure that goods are correctly loaded to lorry for delivery Perform all various administrative tasks Reply new client enquiry and give the clients' lead to sales consultant. Maintain daily checklist, sorting prescription. Attend to any ad-hoc task requested by management from time to time. To ensure proper filing of documentation. Job Requirements Minimum 1-2 year working experience in the related field.
