Details of the offer

ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle accounts of AR and AP partially.
- Entry, checking and overseeing partial transaction entries on AutoCount Accounting Software.
- Overseeing Account Payables and Receivables including collection of payment from customers.
- Preparation of monthly SOA and accounts closing.
- Assist manager in preparing monthly management reports.
- Responsible for issuance of Invoices, Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, ensure timely delivery.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checking on petty cash claims & expenses submitted by staff.
- Responsible for administrative filing, documentation, processing of staff claims.
- Monitoring of office and factory supplies.
- Manage & maintain office services & assets. Eg. air-cond, photocopier machine, and etc.
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative operations such as photoshooting for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintaining, recording and updating of daily incoming and outgoing goods.
- Responsible for reports of outgoing goods.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia & English; Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
- Able to work independently and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skill, position attitude, initiative, responsible & self-motivated.
- Must posseses own transport.
- Computer literacy including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office.
- Knowledge of Autocount will be advantageous.
