Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks including filing, document organisation, and general office upkeep.
Perform accounting duties such as data entry, invoicing, payment vouchers, processing banking activities, and accounts reconciliation.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Provide support for special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by management.
Job Requirements
Flexibility in accepting tasks and responsibilities for the position.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Preferably able to start working immediately.
Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting System is an added advantage.
