Job Description :* Responsible for overall financial and managerial accounting, taxation, and treasury * Responsible for budget planning, interim forecast, and analyses of variances between the budget and the result, and monthly management report * Liaise with auditors on all tax and accounting matters including annual audit and financial reporting * Liaise with banks on payment for suppliers & creditors and on any treasury matters, issue credit notes and debit notes, and update bank reconciliation * Liaise with corporate secretary * Monitor and analyze sales, gross profit margin, expenses, inventory level, stock obsolescence, fixed assets, and exchange rate * Control account receivable and payable * Responsible for report to managers * Assist to other administrative officers, and help in sales/purchase order processing and logistics * Any other ad-hoc duties as and when requiredRequired work experience

* Payroll: Perform full spectrum of payroll function * Completes/submission appropriate forms and sends to external agencies such as EPF, income tax, etc. * Administer staff benefits (expenses claim) * Manage staff annual/ medical leave record * Recruitment: Manages recruitment function such as arrangement of job advertising or employment agency services, Interview arrangement, screening, selection, and placement activities for vacant positions * Perform staff on-board & exit clearance process * Administer and control human resource information and maintaining HR data as well as employee records (usually in confidential nature) * Implement/ review company polices/procedures including employee handbook * Licensing and lease matters. Liaising with suppliers for office equipment & supplies * Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
