Account Cum Hr Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Details of the offer

Minimum education:Candidate must at least LCCI certification, Diploma or similar field, or in the process of obtaining professional qualifications.
Language required:Mandarin is a must.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia would be an advantage.
Skills required:Microsoft Office, Accounting Software, Employee Relations, Payroll Processing.
Experience:At least 3-4 years of working experience in accounting or related field is required.
Preferred qualifications:Familiarity with SQL Accounting System, SQL Payroll System, and Microsoft Office.
Able to handle multiple tasks effectively, work independently, have a good attitude, and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities:Responsible for the full set of accounts.
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation such as data entry, payment processing, and maintaining financial records.
Monitor accounts receivable to identify and follow up on overdue payments, and sending of monthly SOA to customers.
Assist with daily operational duties and perform any other ad-hoc accounting and administrative assignments.
Prepare monthly payroll for staff and EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB monthly submission.
Other assigned accounting, administrative, and other duties and functions as may be designated from time to time.
