Details of the offer

Preparation of financial statements, monthly report.
To monitor company's cash flow and budgeting to ensure sufficient fund.
To liase with banker/auditors and all relevant authorities.
To ensure timely submission of monthly accounts and management report
Maintain financial policies, procedures and guidelines.
Support in undertaking any adhoc duties as required from time to time
