Account Executive

Job Description :- Preparing financial reports and assisting the Finance Manager with audits, facts checking and resolving discrepancies.- Compiling and reporting financial data & creating periodic reports such as balance sheet and profit & loss statements etc.- Ability to perform Balance Sheet reconciliation- Assisting management in decision making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts

- Ensure the daily supplier invoices/received and payment updated into SAP.- Creating and updating expense reports.

- Processing transactions, updating ledgers, budgets, etc.- Extract information for tax agent and keeping inform about current legislation relating to finance.- Ability to handle statutory auditors and their queriesRequired work experience :

- At least 5-6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

- Candidate must be willing to hands on and can oversee a small team, if required. Managerial skills with monitoring 2-3 team members is essential.- Candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision, proactive and under tight deadline.- Candidate must possess at degree in accounting.- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.- Candidate with careful, willing to learn, team work and organized attitude are encouraged to apply- Good understanding in English conversation and writing.
