1. To handle AR, AP and bank recon to ensure compliance to accounting regulations and company finance policy
2. To prepare all documentation related to account receivable, account payable and general ledger
3. Assist in preparing invoice and DO
4. Prepare payment voucher, journal, account receivable, staff claims and general HR works
5. Handle payroll including EPF, SOCSO and income tax
6. Perform general office administrative tasks
7. Assist in ad-hoc assignments and any other related task as and when assigned
8. Willing to travel
9. Preferably chinese female
