Above the role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Account Department.
Key responsibilities:
Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.
Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances, manage daily accounts operations.
Handle monthly management reports and address accounts-related matters.
Liaise with external parties and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum LCCI certificate or Diploma in Finance/Accountancy.
1-2 years of working experience in accounting.
Organized, meticulous, deadline-oriented with good time management.
Capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who can join the team within a one to two month timeframe.
