Account Executive

In charge of daily accounting transactions- Prepare full set of monthly accounts including General Ledger and necessary financial reports with mínimal supervision- Prepare monthly accounting statement, analysis and management performance report- Prepare schedules for management, audit, tax, and various other purposes- Ensure all the supporting documents (invoice, receipt, and payment slip) are up to date and properly filed.- Work with other staff to accomplish given task- Assist in preparation of budgeting and forecasting activities.- Carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time**Requirements:- **- Preferable with 2 years working experience, but fresh graduates are encourage to apply.- Audit experience would be an added advantage.- Must be computer literate and familiar with MS office (Excel and Words) & Accounting System.- Self-initiative, independent and able to work under pressure.**Location**:Alor Setar, Kedah
