Job Responsibilities:Maintain a system of accounts, bookkeeping and records for all transactions and assets of subsidiaries, branches and related companies.
Maintain control of the following areas: general ledger, accounts payable, expense reports, and billing.
Prepare preliminary and final financial statements and periodic reports of subsidiaries and related companies to the management to facilitate cost control.
Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial and management reports, including income statement, balance sheet, budget and variance, projections and forecast, and cash flow.
Perform month-end closing procedures, including overhead allocations, account reconciliations, and schedule updates.
Liaise with project managers, Head of Departments etc.
to ensure proper execution for flow of information on performance (daily, weekly, monthly), exceptions, process changes and new opportunities.
Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or professional certificate (ACCA).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyor a minimum of 1 year of working/intern experience.
Knowledge of accounting systems such asQuickbooks, SAP, MYOB, and UBS is considered an advantage.
A team player with strong communication skills.
Proficient in time management and planning.
