Responsibilities:Process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Verify and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist and support in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Assist in tax preparation and compliance with tax regulations.
Manage and maintain financial databases and accounting software.
Participate in financial audits to ensure data integrity.
Monitor and report on financial variances and discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and resolve accounting-related issues.
Assist in the implementation of accounting processes and internal controls.
Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Skills needed:
2+ years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
Experience & Qualifications required:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or another related field.
