The Account Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist in preparing a full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports.
To handle data entry and day to day accounting functions in relations to accounts receivable, accounts payable and the general ledger.
To assist in monthly cash flow forecast.
To assist in the preparation of annual audit and company tax compliance to the mandatory requirements.
To perform other related job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Able to handle a full set of accounts is an added advantage.
PC literate and good communication skills.
Knowledge of Quickbook is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with all levels of people.
Organized, meticulous and can work independently with minimum supervision.
