**Work Locataion**:**Sutera Hotel S2****77 & 78 Persiaran S2/B2, Seremban 2, 70300 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan****Key Duties & Responsibilities**:- Assist in handling full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, PNL, Balance Sheet and etc.)- Responsible for the preparation of the monthly report and daily account operation functions- Maintain record of vouchers, invoices, payments- Update the cash book in Excel format on daily basis and monitor bank balance- To handle petty cash claim.- To handle supplier and payment- Handle all banking related works- Perform other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Director / HOD from time to time.- Preparing and analysis of company account and management reports.- Liaise with Auditors/ Company Secretary/ Banks.- Report direct to Director and Manager**Job Requirement**- Working experience min 1-2 years in accounting or in a similar position- Preferably specializing in Accounting or equivalent. Those who had been working in Hotel is an added advantage- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Must have good communication skill- Able to work under pressure- Attention to details- Language English, Bahasa Malaysia and Tamil is added advantage- Preferable to start immediately.- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm), Saturday Alternate (9am-1pm)**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible scheduleSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban 2: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/25/2023
