Carry out routine accounting operations, prepare company's full set of accounts, including management reporting and annual budgeting as well as assist in the company corporate tax related matters.- Check to ensure correctness of staff claims, fund transfers, inter-company DA/CAs on timely basis.- Issue Debit Advice/Credit Advice (DA/CA) on inter company transactions on timely basis.- Prepare monthly reconciliation for banks and related company balances on timely basis.- Generate payment vouchers for Accounts Payable (AP) and non-AP payments and process payment on timely basis.- Check to ensure correctness of journal entries for data input into accounting system- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including accounts analysis and monthly cashflow projection.- Preparation of audit schedules required for annual statutory audit.- Assist in preparation of reports/ records on tax related matters, including tax compliance and transfer pricing.- Preparation of company annual budget.- Ensure proper filing and safe keeping of company's documentation.- Assist in the preparation of information required by superior/ management on adhoc basis.perform assigned tasks from time to time- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting field.- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel.- Possess good interpersonal skills, committed, able to work in a team and independently.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Full-time position is available to be based at Nilai, Negeri SembilanNovapave Sdn.
