Account Executive

1. Able to handle computerized accounting system - QnE, UBS, Other
system
2. Able to perform Monthly bank reconciliation.
3. Prepare Monthly Accounting report.
4. Support daily office account and admin task.
5. Minimum 3 years' experience in full sets of account.
6. Degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting / Bachelor in Accounting /
ACCA / LCCI.
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
8. Undertake ad-hoc task when required.
9. Computer literate.
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command
of written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will
be an added advantage.
11. Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
12. Able to anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate
solutions.
13. Good team player and ability to work well with others.
14. Minimum 3 years' experience in Condominium Management environment.
15. Minimum 3 years' experience in performing Monthly bank reconciliation.
