Account Executive

Handle and monitor full sets of general accounts of the company, including updating and verifying ledgers, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end closing, and statutory reports.
Prepare monthly management reports accurately and timely, along with financial analysis.
Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring all documentation complies with internal standards and statutory requirements.
Undertake administrative tasks to support company operations.
Attend to company audits, including audit queries and handling all tax-related queries for timely year-end closing of accounts.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities as required, including new applications (i.e., GTS/SST) and all related matters.
Liaise with the Company Secretary for all secretarial-related matters.
