Daily Transactions : Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated promptly.
General Ledger & Bank Reconciliation : Prepare & maintain systematic daily records and perform bank reconciliation.
Payment Issuance : Issue payment vouchers, cheques, and handle related banking matters.
Closing & Reporting : Prepare weekly/monthly financial closing and reporting.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Credit Control & Management : Manage debtors and creditors, ensuring timely payments.
Cash Flow Updates : Regularly update cash flow positions.
Ad-Hoc Duties : Assist with various other tasks as assigned by your superior.
