Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5 years of experience (construction industry preferred).
Proficiency in SQL Accounting, Auto Count, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of MFRS, SST, and tax regulations.
Detail-oriented, good with numbers, able to meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations.
Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies in financial records.
Location: Binary Construction & Trading Sdn Bhd HQ, Petaling Jaya
Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and general ledger.
Prepare financial statements, project budgets, and cash flow reports.
Process supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and payroll.
Monitor progress billings, retention sums, and outstanding payments.
Ensure compliance with MFRS, SST, corporate tax, and LHDN regulations.
Assist in audit preparation and financial documentation.
Track project costs and collaborate with QS and project teams.
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
