Account / Finance Manager

About the roleWe're seeking a dynamic Account/Finance Manager to join the team at Gain City Parts Sdn Bhd in Kajang, Selangor.
As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's financial health and supporting its strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing
Overseeing all financial accounting and reporting functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
Preparing timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
Liaising with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis and business insights
Supervising and mentoring the finance team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing effective financial controls
Supporting the management team in strategic planning and decision-making
What we're looking for
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
CPA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting management role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry
Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and mentor a team
