The role
We are looking for a customer service-oriented Accounts Helpdesk Agent to provide technical support to users/ customers from designed in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and will solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas in designated countries. The goal is to make sure customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
Key areas of responsibility – Based on designated countries
Provide 1st level contact & convey resolutions for any payments/billings/taxes/contract terms and services related to IWG business through emails and calls
Resolves cases within the established SLA’s
Escalate unresolved cases within the team or Global Support team
Follow up on pending cases and keep customers updated on status of each case
Managing customers statement of Account, Billing & Payment Disputes
General expectation of each agent
To be constantly updated and familiar with the latest updates on all products, process work- flow
Resolving cases within the stipulated SLA
To provide highest level of customer service support for every enquiry received
To be flexible in carrying responsibilities
Our Successful Candidates Have:
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in any field
Proficiency in English and Thai ( written and spoken)
Mathematics & Accounting
Basic Accounting Background
Technical Skills : (Added Advantage)
Microsoft Dynamic: CRM / Titan
Finance Add-In
Microsoft Excel
Business writing skills
