Details of the offer

Main Responsibilities: Solution selling: Account growth. Always be looking for new ways to develop, grow, and broaden the relationship with key clients.
Be the point of contact for key clients to provide necessary support.
Analyze data to drive growth and profitability, both for your clients and for Lalamove.
Work cross functionally with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to drive new initiatives and solve problems.
Prepare weekly business review report for key accounts.
Requirements:

2 years of experience in Account Management in a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and other departments within Lalamove.
Commercially minded and results oriented; data driven approach to solving problems.
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts.
Team Player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Intermediate experience using Excel and MS Office applications.
