Job Description

Client Management:
o Regular interaction with mid-level client management (presentations, phone calls, meetings, e-mail)

Analysis & Reporting:
o Performs evaluation of panel coverage rates
o Creates impactful reports and/or presentations with detailed and meaningful insights/commentary; presentation of data and insights internally and externally to all local management levels; analysis of data using a variety of tools
o Is responsible for defined clients/suppliers within an Industry in the country and to ensure global and local standards within area of responsibility
o Handles business relationship issues for a set list of clients/suppliers (timing, quality, price), contract management, new business opportunity within the related product area
o Responsible for client/retail management activities in the country including identifying opportunities to broaden GfK’s penetration into the clients/supplier`s business
o Revenue Generation for the respective product area– Responsible for identifying and developing business within the country
o Supports or leads client pitches including proposal and presentation development, pricing process and client communication
o Is responsible for active up-and cross-selling
o Coordinates PR activities/creation of press releases/videos/blog contents related to his/her markets/product
