Overall Job Purpose
To manage, execute and develop sales campaigns focusing on online and digital partners (E-commerce), including engaging and coordinating with all relevant internal and external parties involved in implementation and operations to ensure timely launch of the marketing campaigns and to drive the marketing campaigns to meet agreed performance and financial targets.
Key Job Responsibilities
Expand and grow e commerce partners to achieve agreed new business and revenue targets. Develop compelling proposals with relevant solutioning by segments, journeys in the relevant context of the industry meeting e commerce partner’s Core Business Objectives Supporting the partnership team in providing marketing support which includes developing a marketing calendar for respective partners Conceptualize and direct the development and execution of marketing content /communications initiatives including advertising & promotional activities, social site presence and other partners’ assets. Working together with key stakeholders to coordinate said marketing initiatives which includes internal and external parties Coordinate and ensure smooth operations & administration for the assigned partners campaigns Ensure campaign P&L is regularly monitored and updated Develop and maintain all new sales campaign preparation and setup including campaign checklist, marketing plan, tracking and monthly reporting of campaign performance. Communicate on market trends and competition.
What we’re looking for: Requirement
'3 + years of experience ' in sales, marketing and financial services or and strong exposure to online marketing and e-commerce platforms Proven track record in meeting sales targets and business KPIs. Hands-on experience with B2B and B2C promotional and marketing campaigns (online and offline), pricing strategies, and strong understanding of latest trends, analytics, technologies and methodologies in creative design, emerging media etc. Strong skills in budget management, relationship management, project management and problem solving as well as exercises a high degree of tact and diplomacy in order to work with multiple stakeholders in various levels of seniority. Curious and strategic mind with the ability to think creatively and innovatively, as well as possessing analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia including the ability to copywrite, edit and clearly present recommendations and ideas to summarize complex briefs Able to multi-task and works well under pressure; can identify issues and work to resolve them in partnership with business leaders and other stakeholders. CRM or direct marketing background will be an added advantage.
