Job Description JOB AND RESPOSIBILITIES Finance Manager will be report to the director and be responsible and handle finances matters and ensure integrity of financial information.
Responsible for financial planning, budgeting and project activities.
Review financial results and capital expenditure as well as ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while ensuring corporate governance
Implement and review policies, standard operating procedures financial systems and evaluate new business plans as these arise.
Liaise with the relevant government bodies, bankers, authorities, professional organizations, auditors, suppliers, and any other relevant parties to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring annual performance plans, staff coaching and career developments.
Proactively manage and preparation of financial & accounting reports of the site inclusive of cash flow, bank reconciliation, income & expenditure, Balance sheet and monthly/yearly budget.
Liaise with secretary, tax agents and external auditors in preparation of yearly audit report.
To advise client on maintaining service charge floating amount three months of expenses and place in fixed deposit for interest on remaining amount.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor?s Degree, Professional Degree/Diploma, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Proficiency in software skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, UBS, CSS Accounting, Auto count, SQL and others.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
