Details of the offer

1. Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports to include cash flowstatements. Submission date -on the 20th of each month.2. Assist in analytical review and writing of reports on financial statements.3. Oversee hotel credit policies including all follow up with lawyers on legalproceedings4. Oversee credit control including in house guest control5. Preparation of yearly budget6. Preparation of annual cash flow forecast7. Control of stock take8. Collate information ,conduct research and survey to assist in upgrading accounting system as and when required9. To ensure that the hotel overall cashiering and accounts are operated witheffectiveness and efficiency10. Deputies to conduct areas of training which include restaurant and front officenight audit, restaurant ,front office and car park cashiering11. To liaise with appropriate government departments and auditors.12. Assist in developing solution to a variety of problems requiring use andtechniques, including guest relations.13. Attend management, inter hotel credit and business meetings.14. To handle staff evaluation and disciplines15. Control of daily sales reports16.
