Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a reliable and energetic Account Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting. Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to account managers and clients- Assist in maintaining accurate records of client information and transactions- Communicate with clients and internal team members via phone, email, and other communication channels- Conduct basic analysis on client accounts and financial data- Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Reliable and energetic personality traits- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
