Accounting Assistant (Internship)

Financial Record-Keeping: -Assist with maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers.
-Help with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
Data Entry: -Enter financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
-Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: -Process invoices and prepare payments to vendors.
-Assist with tracking and managing accounts receivable and collections.
Financial Reporting: -Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
-Assist in gathering and organizing data for audits and financial reviews.
Administrative Support: -Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
-Assist with filing documents and maintaining organized records.
Compliance and Documentation: -Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
-Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions and records.
