Accounting Executive

-Handle accounting functions, full set of accounts, AR (Account Receivable) , AP (Account Payable) and other related functions.
-Assist in preparation of monthly Management Reports on a timely basis.
-Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedule and Reconciliation.
-Preparation of monthly GST Reconciliation and submission of GST.
-Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
-Assist Finance Manager on day-to-day operation.
-To perform any other related tasks as assigned.

-Preferably Executive specializing in Finance – Accounts Payable, General Accounting or equivalent (1-2 years of Working Experience).
-Be able to speak mandarin will be a bonus as need to communicate with the client from Taiwan OR China.
