LAB MED USA INCORPORATEDRM3,000Job Highlights- Able to work from home- Monday to FridayWe are looking for an **Accounting** to join our team based in Malaysia.We are looking for the right people to do the work.Roles and Responsibilities:- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings- Assist with other accounting projects**Requirements**:- Up to 1 year of experience in corporate accounting function (preferred)- Excellent organizing abilities- Great attention to detail- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)- Qualifications (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus but not required Proficiency in MS Office and competency in computer software- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills- Must be dependable, able to multi-task and the ability to meet strict deadlines- Personalities of friendly, sincere, and professional are very important- Good in time management, especially punctuality- Good in productivity, especially capable to complete at least the daily chores- Able to communicate in Bilingual (Written and Verbal).- Need to work from home, possess own laptop/PC with good internet access.Be part of the growth story, send in your resume.
