•Position: Accounting Invoicing Clerk.Location: Sunway Damansara (PJU3), Petaling Jaya.About the companyThis is a trading and distribution company, specializing in the supply of medical devices/instrument and consumables to medical healthcare clinics and hospitals through out Malaysia. Right now they are in need to hire a non-Executive Invoicing Clerk to be based at their corporate office in Sunway Damansara (PJU3) in Petaling Jaya.About the jobReporting to Senior Accounts Executive, your key responsibilities will be:•Prepare and complete all final invoicing for a list of clientele. •Verify and check all incoming invoices for accuracy.•Finalizing and closing accounts. The candidate•Female preferred; in age group 21-32.•Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma. •At least one year of performing similar job function role or in accounting role.•A confident communicator,with ability to speak with people at all levels.•Knowledge of SQL Accounting software will be advantageous. •Professional work approach and an ability to work to tight deadlines. •Proficient in English.
