As an Accounts and Admin Executive, you are to maintain all accounting books and providing reports on a timely basis to support the management in achieving the company goals. Additionally, you are to implement and maintain daily activities tasks, ensure documentation management, support other departments, and assisting in events organized by the company. You will be reporting to the General Manager of the company. More specifically your functions are:
? Able to implement, manage and maintain a full set of accounts (AP, AR, invoicing, etc.,) and proper bookkeeping management.
? Manage and do the proper filing for all accounts documents, transactions, verifications, and follow-ups.
? Ensure accounting processes operate effectively on a daily basis.
? Liaison with the auditor, company secretary, tax agent, and banker.
? Prepare payments that includes the issuance of cheques or enter the required information for online transfer for vendors/suppliers, payroll & claims complete with needed documentation (payment voucher/receipts, payslips, etc.,).
? Manage and maintain a registry for sales (invoice, delivery order, credit notes, exchange, inventory) and payment collections (ageing list). On a regular period call the debtors and request for payment.
? Submit the report on a weekly and or monthly basis the performance of the company in terms of its financials, revenue, expenses and other reports as required.
? Should be very competent in using computer applications and AutoCount software.
? Work closely with the directors and managers of the company to maintain a set of KPIs to ensure goals and objectives are achieved in timely manner.
? Prepare and maintain office budgets, petty cash and purchases.
? Manage and supervise the office upkeep and other activities.
? Support the marketing department in getting quotations for campaigns that they might be managing and implementing.
? Provide general admin support and other ad-hoc tasks or assignments including answering calls and addressing customer enquiries.
? Must understand and be competent on all of the company’s products and services
? Able to support the team during sales and marketing events and activities.
? You will be prevued and entrusted with many private and confidential information and materials; thus it is one of your very important roles not to disclose them under any circumstances except to those that have rights to the information.
