Accounts Associate

As the Accounts Assistant at The Makeover Guys, you will be assisting with all finance related matters in the company. Your work will directly impact the finance efficiency. What You'll Do:



-Perform all relevant general accounting transactions and bookkeeping 


-Process weekly payments and electronic payments when required 


-Process employee claims and petty cash


-Assist with the preparation for external audit


-Perform data entry tasks


-Perform ad-hoc and other finance initiatives

 
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our Finance Manager and Senior Account Executive.

; Requirements:-


-Interest or background in data entry/accounting/finance


-Attention to detail 


-Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus! 


-Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and openness


-Team player with ability to support other team-mates as and when required
