Responsibilities
Assist Superior with day-to-day financial accounting tasks.
Perform general bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions and accounts reporting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and receipts, ensuring all financial documentation is properly organized and accessible for internal reviews and audits.
Perform monthly accounting activities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries and conducting ledger reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate closing of accounts.
Support in account reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and related documentation.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for internal review.
Support internal audits and assist with external audit inquiries, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Undertake any required ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates must have a professional qualification or a Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
A minimum of 1 year of working experience in accounting or a related field is preferred.
Must be able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
Must have knowledge of Double-Entry accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Proficiency in English is necessary to liaise with our finance team in China.
(Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.)
