Accounts Executive

**Job Descriptions**:- Data entry for accounting records.- Manage accounts receivable (AR) and payable (AP) function.- Good credit control management.- Maintain creditors aging accounts (AP) to ensure accuracy and up to date report.- Prepare payments to vendors (eg: TT Form, payment vouchers).- Prepare monthly financial report for EXCO meeting.- Costing, budgeting and budgetary control.- Cashflow forecast and monthly cashflow report.- Treasury management like preparing Purchase Bankers' Acceptance to finance Purchases.- Liaise with stakeholders like auditors, tax agent, and relevant authorities (if applicable).- Forex risk management like doing forex hedging transactions to minimize company losses in forex.- Any other duties as relevant will be assigned from time to time by the management.**Qualifications**:- Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.- Able to handle full set of accounts.- Must be able to meet tight deadlines.- Strong interpersonal and communication skill.- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
