Cash Management 1) To ensure invoices and applicable documents are in order before payment processing including necessary approval per DM1 Authorisation Matrix. Invoices without correct approval will be rejected. 2) To perform bank reconciliation for all Banks. 3) Updating the Cash Management module in the Baan ERP system on real-time basis and maintain cash book in Excel format. 4) To be responsible for the safekeeping of foreign cash including disbursements and settlement of staff advances. 5) Forecasting of cash flow to meet Company's requirement, monitor hedging contracts and place Fixed Deposit or REPO. At all times, compliance with Syariah requirement is to be adhered. 6) To prepare Bank Table report on a monthly basis. 7) To prepare and submit quarterly Bank Negara IIP Report and Statistics reports for government / local authorities requirements. Month end closing of accounts: 1) To be responsible for timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts. 2) To be responsible for updating and wherever applicable, key-in accounting entries in the Baan ERP system in order to generate monthly accounts. 3) To supervise staff, managing workloads and deadlines to ensure timely closing of monthly accounts. 4) To prepare HQ reporting for management review. 5) To prepare and update Patents and other Intangibles files on a monthly basis including checking of correct patents' grant date and renewal. Capitalisation and amortisation must be correctly calculated and recorded in the financial statements. 6) To maintain insurance commission file for agent's commission fee tracking including checking the correctness of tax submission by the insurance company. The tax reporting includes also all types of commissions' receivables. 7) To liaise with auditors, tax agents, bank personnel in respect of all financial matters.Bachelor's or Equivalent
