About the Company
Our client is a leading international freight services provider with its holdings listed on Bursa Malaysia Main Board. The group of companies has offices located in Port Klang, KLIA, Penang, Ipoh, Malacca and Johor to cover all the important maritime and air gateways of Malaysia. It offers complete multimodal international freight services covering sea, rail, air freight and tuge barge services, customs brokerage and distribution container haulage and conventional trucking services.
In line with their increasing business volume, they are offering great opportunity in career advancement to capable, efficient and hardworking individuals to join their Finance team as Senior Accounts Executives (for Kelana Jaya office) and Accounts Executive (for Port Klang office). This is an excellent opportunity for Accounting candidates to work in a well-established organization for a better career exposure.
Position 1: Senior Accounts Executive/ Assistant Manager
Salary Range : RM3,500 ? RM5,500
Location : Kelana Jaya (near to LRT station)
About the Job Scopes
Timely and accurate preparation of company financial and management reports.
Preparation and ensure proper and accurate recording of accounts.
Manage the daily operational functions of accounts department.
Ensure compliances with accounting standards, taxation regulations and other regulatory requirements.
Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and local regulatory bodies.
Any ad-hoc matters as and when required.
About the Requirements
Bachelor's? degree in Accounting/MIA/ ACCA/ CPA? or related? field, with? audit? experience? is an advantage
At least 2 - 5 years of working? experience? in the related? field? is required
Able to work? independently
Required? language(s):? English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess leadership qualities with? good communication,? interpersonal? skills and analytical skills.
Good command of Microsoft Excel
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
Position 2: Accounts Executive
Salary Range : RM3,000 ? RM4,000
Location : Port Klang
About the Job Scopes
Responsible for full set of accounts.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting principles
Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and local regulatory bodies.
Any ad-hoc matters as and when required.
About the Requirements
Diploma/ Bachelor's? degree in Accounting/MIA/ ACCA/ CPA? or related? field, with? audit? experience? is an advantage
At least 1-2 years of working? experience? in the related? field? is required. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work? independently
Required? language(s):? English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess good interpersonal skill, communication and analytical skills.
Good command of Microsoft Excel
