Accounts & Finance Manager

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports and statutory accounts.
Oversee the processing of all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.2.
Compliance & Auditing
Ensure compliance with all Malaysian tax laws and regulations, including SST, Corporate Tax, Income Tax, and e-Invoice requirements in a timely manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.Manage, mentor, and lead the accounts team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to ensure high performance.
Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and career growth.Implement and maintain robust internal controls and operational procedures to mitigate financial risks.
Regularly review and enhance accounting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Manage cash flow, budgeting, banking/funding to optimize the company's financial resources and to ensure financial health.
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the leadership team and Top Management.RequirementsProfessional certification in accounting or a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
Minimum 3 years of accounts/finance managerial experience or 5 years in a senior accounts/finance role.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software; working experience in SAP Business One and Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
