WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE?
The successful incumbent will be reporting to the Team Leader - Accounts Receivable in the Global Business Services Operations Site in Kuala Lumpur.
WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
Responsible for handling daily processing of sales and remittance advice data, and ensure timeliness and accurate processing 3rd Party & Intercompany within the agreed country SLA
Management of data in strict adherence to internal control procedures is critical to effective credit control and collection of debts.
Function as the expert onCash Applicationprocesses and related systems. Collaborate with workstreams during process enhancements,acquisitions/divestitures,and major system implementations.
Ensure that functional issues are appropriately prioritized and resolved.
The incumbent is required to frequently liaise with internal sales and administrative personnel and customers to identify and resolve customer account issues.
Engage actively with the business team country supported
Initiate monthly engagement meeting as a pulse check on the service delivery regular basis

Key to your success in this role will be:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree inFinance/Accountancy/Bankingor equivalent.
Required language (read & write) :Korean & English.
Minimum3-5years of working experience in a related field (AR) in a medium or large organization in ashared serviceenvironment.
Experienced in using ERP system and/orSAPR3.
Knowledge of internal control procedures, policies, and practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
High level of oral and written communication.
Must be able to work to support month-end closing and peak period with extra-long hours from WD2 to WD1.
Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:
K-C will not provide support for relocation of the chosen candidate for this role, if necessary, relocation will be at the candidate’s own expense. However, K-C will provide assistance and financial support to obtain immigration visas and work authorization for the chosen candidate, if needed.
