Accounts Receivable Junior Executive

Responsibilities:
Ensure receive payments from customers
Issue receipt voucher
Resolve discrepancies
Maintain proper and updated debtors records
Organisation of filling system
Responsible for day-to-day accounts administrative and clerical tasks

Requirements:
Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
