Membantu Inventory/Warehouse Senior Executive dalam hal Admin & bertanggungjawab memberi service yang terbaik kepada pelanggan.
Tugas tugas utama adalah:
1. Membantu Admin Inventory Executive print doket setiap hari
2. Mempunyai product knowledge yang superb untuk semu produk AA World.
3. Updated dengan setiap pakej baru yang dikeluarkan. Termasuk FREE GIFT untuk setiap pakej
4. Handle inquiries tentang tracking number, postage status daripada Sales Team HQ dan Premium Reseller
5. Handle customer complaint dan juga claim berkenaan produk damage
6. Handle customer inquiries tentang product
7. After sales service.
8. Memberi service yang terbaik kepada pelanggan hingga pelanggan merasa kagum dan dihargai.
Pengalaman kerja 1-3 tahun dalam customer service diwajibkan.
