Job Title: Admin Executive
Company: Best Rising Trading Sdn Bhd
Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Executive to join the team at Best Rising Trading Sdn Bhd, the distributor of Joyday ice cream in Malaysia. The Admin Executive will play a crucial role in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth workflow within
the office.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Office Administration: • Provide administrative support to the management and sales team.
• Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
2. Inventory and Order Management: • Assist with inventory tracking and stock management.
• Process orders and coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Data Entry and Reporting: • Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
• Prepare and generate reports for management, including sales and inventory data.
4. Customer Support: • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
• Address any administrative issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Scheduling and Coordination: • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
• Support the planning and organization of company events or promotions.
6. Finance Assistance: • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice preparation and payment tracking.
• Prepare and maintain financial records as required.
7. Ad-Hoc Administrative Tasks: • Assist with any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements: • Proven experience in administrative roles or office management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or finance is a plus.
